Elective open excision of a dorsal or volar wrist ganglion, a mucous (digital myxoid) cyst or a flexor sheath (seed) ganglion. Site toggle drives the indication, consent, steps, findings and post-op plan; anaesthetic toggle (local + tourniquet / WALANT / GA at the wrist, digital WALANT or GA on the finger); forced-choice findings with histology following the content.
