Pathway read-throughs
Case-based read-throughs for every clinician who treats skin cancer in New Zealand.
Each read-through follows one pathway from the report to follow-up. The core line carries the decisions, each tied to a named guideline or trial. Closed panels hold the groundwork (Basics) and where the guidelines diverge (Evidence).
Questions sit where the decision is made. Answer with how sure you are: Guess, Fairly sure or Certain. Answers you were certain of and got wrong come back first in Mixed questions, which replays every question in a second version. A summary counts your answers by section and by confidence. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.
All cases are constructed for teaching and describe no real patient. The read-throughs are teaching material for clinicians. They do not replace MDM discussion, current guidelines or the current Pharmac Schedule.
