Bouchard node

Also known as Bouchard's nodeBouchard nodes

A firm bony swelling at the middle (proximal interphalangeal) joint of a finger, formed by osteophytes in osteoarthritis of that joint. It is the middle-joint counterpart of the Heberden node at the end joint.
